As a rule, our interim recruiters need a maximum of 10 deployment days until they have found the perfectly suitable specialist for you. Our recruiting process consists of a mix of different methods of active and passive employee search. From project start to successful hiring, it is divided into 5 phases.

Kick Off

In the kickoff, you discuss the project details with your interim recruiter. Together you define the goals, milestones and the communication structure.

Of course, the profile of the desired employee is also specified. For this purpose, an individual competence model is set up. This forms the core of your recruiting campaign and therefore receives special attention.

Identification & Address

Based on the jointly created profile, your interim recruiter actively searches for suitable employees. With the help of intelligent search chains, business networks such as XING and LinkedIn, but also social networks, forums and applicant databases are searched in the so-called active sourcing process.

In addition to the active search, we advise you on how to optimize your passive recruiting channels, such as job advertisements or job ads on your own website.

Screening & Pre-interviews

The most promising personalities move on and are examined in detail in a personal interview with regard to social and professional requirements.

With a lot of experience it will be clarified if the person fits to your company and to the future team and if he/she will be able to cope with the upcoming tasks. Only if your interim recruiter is of the opinion that everything fits, a personal interview will be arranged.


Selection of the candidate

We are also happy to support you on site during the interview as well as with the preparation and follow-up.  Behind the scenes, we also handle the rejection of applicants who have not progressed in the process, insofar as they have had primary contact with our recruiters.

Setting of the candidate

Yay! The right person has been found! But there is still a lot to do - and we help with that, too. We ensure optimal communication of all details of the employment contract. We can also offer you professional support for your own on-boarding, or the development of appropriate processes if they are not yet in place.
